Beef Tallow Candle with oven roasted tomato, roasted black garlic, & grilled French baguette (may vary).
Roasted beet salad with candied walnuts, watercress, feta, shaved fennel, sage, & sherry wine vinaigrette.
90 Day Dry Aged 10oz NY Strip with root vegetable puree & honey thyme baby stem on carrots.
