Five Course Dinner & Wine Pairing (Menu subject to slight variation):
1. Seared Bay Scallops with a pesto cream sauce & tobiko caviar
Pairing: El Matador 2020
2. Winter Burrata Salad with French radish, baby arugula, golden beets, Oregon hazelnuts & herbed vinaigrette
Pairing: Zinfandel 2020
3. Creamy San Marzano Tomato & Lobster Tail Bisque with shallot purée & créme fraiche
Pairing: Petite Verdot 2020
4. CHOICE of:
1. Main Course Steak: 8oz Delmonico and demi glacé, Apple Walnut Potato Gratin, herb crusted asparagus

2. Main Course Vegetarian: Braised Jack Fruit with a potato torte, grilled broccoli, sautéed forest mushrooms, and rosemary au jus.

Arrival Time: 5:30-6:30pm, Cocktail Hour
Five Course Dinner: $150 Per Person
Group Seating at 8-person tables.
