1. Amuse Bouche

Seared Bay Scallops with a house-made pesto cream sauce & tobiko caviar

2. Salad

Winter Burrata Salad with French radish, baby arugula, golden beets, Oregon Hazelnuts & herbed vinaigrette

3. Soup

Creamy San Marzano Tomato & Lobster Tail Bisque with shallot purée & créme fraiche
